Due to issues with materials used by the county engineer's office to resurface Bright-Baldwin in 2021, and noting that patches have not held up on the road, the county engineer's office will be repairing the road with different materials in 2022 as soon as we are able to get on their schedule.

For information on proper recycling of additional items not covered above, see the Geauga Trumbull Solid Waste Management District website.

The Fiscal Officer has secured a Drop-Off Improvement Grant not to exceed $14,000 to upgrade the recycling area with a concrete pad, fencing, and LED lighting. The Township is anticipated to match 10% ($1556.00) of the total cost currently projected to be $15,556.00. We are proud to offer the upgrade to our facility and ask that the public use the facility for proper recyclables only as posted and keep all items in the bins.

Special thanks to the Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste Management District for their generous award of grant funding to improve recycling sites around the county.

Recyclables include Bottles, Jugs, Jars, Cans, and Cardboard or Paper. Do not use plastic bags
