Trustee Meetings
In accordance with the "Sunshine Law" of the State of Ohio, notice is hereby given that the regular monthly meetings of the Newton Township Board of Trustees have been scheduled for 6:30pm at the Newton Township Administration Building 4410 Newton Falls-Bailey Road, Newton Falls, OH 44444 on the dates listed below. (the 4th Monday of each month unless necessary to reschedule)
Exceptions to this schedule will be posted on this page, at the administration building, and in the Warren Tribune Chronicle newspaper.
All meetings are open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. If you have a matter to address regarding the township, please contact the fiscal officer to request to be placed on the agenda to address the Board.
Zoning Meetings and Public Hearings
The Newton Township Zoning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and Records Commission meet on an as-needed basis. All meeting notifications will be sent to the Tribune Chronicle as proper public notification.
Legal notices for all zoning hearings will be published on the township website and FaceBook page @ Newton Township, Trumbull County, OH , and on the digital sign at the Township Administration Building at least ten days prior to any scheduled public hearing.
